🚚 Transport & Preparation

• Dogs are transported individually but may share the vehicle with up to 3–4 dogs in total.

• Please have vaccination records and a valid health certificate ready.

• All dogs must travel with a harness-style leash. If needed, we can provide one for $25.

• You may bring a crate, but space is limited and not guaranteed.

• If your pet has any allergies or sensitivities (food, bedding, treats, etc.), please notify us in advance.

• We are USDA-registered and fully insured for pet transport.

​⏱️ Delivery Timeframe

• Standard delivery is approximately 48 hours per 1,000 miles.

💳 Payment Details

• Payment methods: Zelle, Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Credit Card.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking (minimum $150).

• This deposit goes toward your total.

• Remaining balance is due after delivery.

• Deposit amounts may be rounded for simplicity.

❌ Cancellation Terms

• More than 72 hours before pickup: Full refund of deposit

• 24–72 hours before pickup: 25% of deposit (or $150 minimum) is retained, remainder refunded

• Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund of deposit
