• All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

• Pets must be in appropriate carriers unless otherwise agreed.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if the safety of our driver or the animal is at risk.

• Payment is due upon service unless previously arranged.
