    No, we not provide services across the U.S.

    We transport small to medium-sized items, including packages, small furniture, and light freight, all within weight limits for safety and compliance.
  • What types of pets do you transport?
    We transport dogs, cats, and other small animals. For exotic pets or special species, please contact us in advance to confirm we can accommodate their needs.
  • How is the cost of transportation determined?
    Pricing depends on distance, type of cargo or pet, special handling requirements, and any additional services requested.
  • How do I book your services?
    You can request a quote and book our services through our website, social media platforms, or by contacting us directly via phone or email. A $100 reservation fee is required to confirm your booking. This fee will be deducted from the total cost. 50% of the remaining balance is due at pickup, and the final 50% is due upon delivery.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit cards, cash, PayPal, Zelle and Venmo.
  • Are there any discounts or special pricing options?
    We offer discounts for return clients, multiple pet transport, and long-distance bookings. Please inquire about current promotions when booking!
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled transport will receive a full refund. Later cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
  • Do you provide rest stops and overnight care for pets on long-distance trips?
    Yes! For long-distance transport, we schedule regular rest stops. Overnight care can be arranged if needed for the pet’s comfort and well-being.
  • How do you ensure the safety and comfort of pets during transportation?
    We prioritize the safety and well-being of every pet. Our vehicle is climate-controlled and pets are transported individually or in small groups to reduce stress.
  • What happens in case of an emergency during transport?
    We immediately contact the client and take the pet to the nearest veterinary facility if needed.
  • Can I track my shipment or pet during transportation?
    Yes! We offer GPS tracking and regular updates throughout the journey for peace of mind.

    We typically transport light cargo items under 3,500 lbs.
